Medicare Rebates
Danni is registered with Medicare as an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker which entitles clients experiencing depression, anxiety or other mental health issues to receive Medicare rebates for Sexual Trauma Counselling Perth services.

To be eligible for a Medicare rebate you will need to book a long consultation with your GP to obtain a mental health treatment plan referral. Ask your GP for a referral to 'Danni Murfett - Accredited Mental Health Social Worker (MBS Item No. 80160)'. This will enable you to initially access 6 Medicare rebated sessions, followed and a further 4 sessions after a review by your GP (a total of 10 sessions per calendar year).
Danni will provide your GP with reports outlining your progress following the 6th, 10th and final counselling sessions. These reports are inclusive of the standard counselling consultation fee charged.
Private Health Rebates
Some private health funds offer rebates depending on Private Health Insurance provider and your level of cover. Contact your private health insurer for more information.
Fee Schedule
Please bring a copy of your GP mental health treatment plan and referral to your first counselling session. You will be provided with an invoice to claim your Medicare rebate after the payment has been received.
Full payment is required by electronic funds transfer, cash or direct deposit at the time of the appointment.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation fees are charged in accordance with industry standards.
