Medicare Rebates
Danni is registered with Medicare as an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker. This means you may be eligible for Medicare rebates when referred by your GP for mental health support.
Medicare rebates are available when you attend with a valid Mental Health Treatment Plan from your GP.

To access rebates, you will need to:

Book a long consultation with your GP

Request a Mental Health Treatment Plan referral

Ask your GP to refer you to: Danni Murfett – Accredited Mental Health Social Worker
You may be eligible for:

Up to 6 initial rebated sessions

A further 4 sessions following GP review

A total of 10 rebated sessions per calendar year
Danni will provide reports to your GP at relevant review points. These reports are included within the standard consultation fee.
Private Health Rebates
Some private health insurers provide rebates for counselling services, depending on your level of cover and provider.
You may wish to contact your private health fund directly to confirm eligibility.

A receipt will be provided after payment, which you can use to claim Medicare or private health rebates where applicable.
